Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital service

WokQR is a digital software service. No physical product is shipped and no physical delivery charge applies.

2. Activation

The Free plan is available subject to account creation and applicable limits. Paid plans are generally activated after successful payment confirmation and subscription provisioning.

3. Access

After activation, the customer can access the WokQR restaurant workspace using the account credentials or authentication method registered with WokQR. Features are controlled by the subscribed plan and its configured limits.

4. Payment confirmation delays

Where a payment provider or bank reports a delayed, pending or under-review transaction, WokQR may keep the subscription in a pending payment state until the provider confirms the final transaction outcome.

5. Availability

We operate WokQR as an online service and use reasonable efforts to maintain availability. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, network failures and events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
